Preparation of Outsourcing/Agency Agreement between your business and the outsourced KYC/ID software provider
*The exclusion is because you may have relied on the “starter kits” from AUSTRAC (which includes these two items). This package includes us reviewing your compilation of the AUSTRAC starter kit documents and then us providing our sign-off.

Risk Assessment Framework: Development of money laundering/transaction financing risk assessment framework, tailored to your business operations
AML Program: Development of AML/CTF Program including all relevant policies tailored to your business operations
Ongoing Maintenance Package

Four (4) quarterly in-person AML training sessions
Four (4) hours per month of assistance in relation to AML queries by your AML staff*
Assistance with lodgement of your annual AUSTRAC Compliance Report (due 31 March each year)
Annual Risk Assessment Review (RAR)/preparation of memorandum to outline the work undertaken in relation to the RAR
Provision of Training Register populated with staff training details
